Our Story...

        Adam and Carina met in University as they both lived in the same student apartment building. Adam was a second year studying bio-med, Carina was in her first year studying nursing. Adam had the party room that year and therefore many people often ended up in his room, providing significant opportunity for mingling. Both Adam and Carina were taking Anatomy at this time and they would often end up studying together. One night Adam and Carina were alone in his room studying. Adam offered to show Carina something on his computer, and as she leaned in to see, they had their first kiss. Carina became very sick the next week,  ending up in the emergency department (as she over-reacted). As soon as Adam found out he took the first bus over the hospital where they watched the first few episodes of  Star Wars sharing headphones for 8 hours.  

             Over a year later (not that Carina kept track) Adam asked Carina to be his girlfriend on New Years Eve. They dated through the rest of school, enjoying cooking dates, quizzing each other, and nerdy television. As Adam got ready to graduate from his Ultrasound program, he applied to a job in Kamloops BC on a whim. Much to his surprise, 3 days after applying he received a phone call, a job offer, and an offer to get Carina a job as well. Adam who had contemplating proposing, thought that this would be the perfect time. Adam proposed on New Years Eve on their 4 year anniversary. Adam and Carina are now living in Kamloops BC with their fur baby Spruce while planning their wedding back home with all their loved ones.
